How to Take Care of Dekton
There's a reason Dekton is so well- known for its continuity and low conservation. To cover it over time and keep it looking beautiful, follow these care tips :
- Cleaning:drawing For regular cleaning, you can use a soft cloth and mild dish cleaner and water. Or, for tougher cleaning, try Gentle Gold each- purpose cleanser and a soft cloth while washing, avoid using abrasive bloodsuckers or drawing products so you do n't scratch the face.
- Stain Removal: Removing Stains For stains that are heavier embellish, use a non-abrasive cleaning product. Or, you can use a admixture of incinerating soda pop and water to get relieve of stains. Baking soda pop will lift the stain, without scratching the Dekton face.
- Heat Resistance: Heat Dekton is heat resistant, but you should always use trivets or heat mats to avoid putting hot pots and kissers directly on the face and allowing it to cool previous to thermal shock.
- Scratch Resistance:Dekton is considered substantially scratch resistant. But, it's always stylish practice to use slice boards when preparing food, as to avoid gratuitous cuts or scratches.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Don't use bleach, roaster cleansers, or other harsh chemical cleansers on your Dekton face as they can fade your face over time.
How Dekton is made
Dekton is made using a high tech mix of raw accoutrements analogous to those used in the product of glass, porcelain, and quartz shells. The process involved several way:
